Tcf Bank
TCF BANK HASTINGS WORST BANK EVER
I had the worst experience, I bank with 2 different banks. I chose tcf for my business account to save money, because of the inconvience of the morning hours and the non-drive thru I decided to switch banks. I slowly moved all my banking to Vermillion. I had made an error with my credit card processing company and forgot to change it over. I was just ready to close account after making sure all my checks for my business had cleared and found I had 106.00 in overdrafts for a $10.28 over draft made by my processing company. I had not checked the account in a couple of days so for my 10.28 negative balance TCF CHARGED 28 A DAY! Here is the kicker - went immeditaly to make to close acct and to pay cash for the overdraft fees, they told me I could not close it! They said because there was another 28.00 fee coming out that I could not close it but said pay it now and come back next week to close it. So they would not let me close account. I hate them - DONT BANK TCF CROOKS!... more

Folks Wouldn't Stop Raving!
This year for the usual assortment of holiday get-togethers I went to Creative Confectionaire and purchased their Sea salt Caramels, an assortment of Melt-aways, Toffee and the Coconut-nut Fudge. People could not and would not stop talking about how good they were. I am officially done baking for any holiday from now on... I am now a life-long customer. They even serve great coffee and ice cream! I would suggest calling or stopping to place your order ahead of time as they are very busy this time of your tho'. In my opinion, a hidden treasure right here in Hastings that needs to be discovered so they don't go away!... more
