Have looked every where for reviews but cannot find any, I can not be the only one that has had a bad experience with them.

We originally purchased a living social deal, two bedrooms and a hallway cleaned for 50 bucks. It included a prespray and Teflon. Greg said he would give us the same deal the next time we needed a cleaning. Great!! We call them up and schedule our next appointment, this time we asked to add one more room. Greg calls us the night before to confirm, he quotes me an extra 25-35 for the added bedroom. Says it won't be more than 95 total. After they finished the job he tells me I owe him 186.00. I ask why. This is where it gets bad. Greg argues over the amount owed, he already has the full quoted payment. He tells me that he does have time for my bs, calls his co worker Dave out of the van to back him up. I feel threatened at this point. Both Greg and Dave are in my face refusing to leave. I hand Greg another hundred. These guys are shady they treat theyre customers with absolutely no respect. Anybody considering Gregorys carpet cleaning needs to run away! Fast!!!... more

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS IN APARTMENT SEARCH NOR REAL ESTATE! Nefarious and Dishonest Business / Employees who doesn't pay / reneges on "$100 cash move-in bonus" to potential renters who sign one year lease on advertised properties. These fraudulent and lying people discriminates against people based on race, income and or subsidy (housing) assistance. While refusing to pay eligible renters after move-in, these people solicite the "advertised properties" for the publishing $$$$ fees and advertising $$$$ money for the tenant having moved in. And willfully not telling the property manager /owner that they (Rent 411) never paid the qualified renter! Rent 411 particularly does this toward African Americans. NEVER CONDUCT ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.... more
Once you get a hold of the manager or tech. He gives you the run around to. For ex, it'll be ready tomorrow. Tomorrow comes. Something else comes up. It'll be ready in a couple days. Couple days later. Something else, it'll be ready next week. Ridiculous. Poor customer service. They definitely need to learn how to run a business. So those are my experiences. Check it our yourself. Just don't expect much from them. I go there because I don't drive on campus so it's convenient for me to shop there. Otherwise I would go somewhere else.... more
Store is teeny tiny. Everything is crammed in there. It's hard to find things. Most things don't look up to date. Prices for one item ranges from one to another. I had to ask employee what the price was and he had to look up it. Funny, because he didn't even update the rest of the games just left it as it was on the wall... I've been in there a lot bc it's the only game store on campus. I bought a system there. It red ringed the first night I brought it home. I came back the next day. They gave me a different one. LUCKY me, it happened again. Came back gave me another one (my 3rd). For my inconvenience they gave me 15% off one new game. WOW right? Out of all these time I still could not get a hold of the manager. The customer service is horrible. You get the run around. I had to come in the my system repaired 6 mos later bc it red ringed. I paid which was fine. Had to come back a month later, but it was under warranty. Very difficult to get hold of management. to be continued..... more
