Why is there no reviews on Installation Masters of Minneapolis MN?
Have looked every where for reviews but cannot find any, I can not be the only one that has had a bad experience with them.

Check with your local Better Business Bureau for their track record and also the Contractors Licensing Board to see if they are a licensed swimming pool contractor. Are they a member of the APSP? Members of the Association of Pool and Spa Professionals adhere to a strict code of ethics.

If you want to get fleeced, shop here. They stand behind nothing they sell, including services, and charge ridiculous restocking fees (for walking 5 feet and putting it on a shelf?). They are rude, and do everything they can to squeeze every dime out of you. Here is their return policy. If you get the wrong item, you are basically out of luck as they WILL NOT work with you, even if it is unopened. "No returns on USED systems or product" "No returns on software" "No returns on product that is not installed by our technicians" (there are no returns on service either, so you have no recourse at all if something goes wrong no matter who installed anything, what a surprise) "No returns on special order items" "No returns on individual promo items" "20% restocking fee will be charged on all new item returns" (bought a 300$ monitor? 60$ to return it unopened. ) "No returns on service" (no recourse) "No returns on laptops" Like I said, go somewhere else. Anywhere else.... more

You owe me 40 Bucks
Purchased a used laptop optical drive. Employee who assisted me assured me that I could return the drive if there were an issue with it. When I attempted to return the drive I was directed to a large notice on wall stating that used items cannot be returned. I explained that I did not see the notification when purchasing the item and that the employee had assured me I could return it. Owner denied the return anyway. Not even a consideration of speaking to the employee who assisted me. Very apparent that this was a common practice. You owe me 40 bucks Chris.... more
