If the GD doesn't turn and/or move try using the allen wrench tool that shold have came with the unit. There should be a slot underneath the unit that the allen key fits into. Make sure the power is disconnected first. Then try working the tool back and fourth until in loosens up. Remove thye allen tool/key then try turning on the power and flip the switch to see if works.
