Quite simply, it is MUCH less expensive to construct (in both Labor and Materials) than a home with a normal foundation with a floor supported by girders, beams , and joists. As one result, it will be much more expensive to do certain remodeling in the future to a concrete slab home (for example, moving a drain line or installing a new one is extremely labor-intensive).

What a Shame!!!
Hello, My name is Brian Seekon. I own North Branch Electric, and I am an electrical contractor in North Branch, MN. I did the electrical work on a sign installation performed by City Image Sign. The owner (Ben Dewey) refused to pay me for my work, and has avoided my attempts to contact him. I would not recommend doing business with this company. In my experience, City Image Sign is an untrustworthy company. The sign in question was done for Snap Fitness. The sign is actually shown on City Image Sign's website-homepage! Waterford Commons Apartments
Horrible service
My husband and I have lived here for a year, and not even a month after we moved in we started having mold issues... It took them forever to get to taking care of it. It wouldnt have been so bad if I wasnt getting severly sick from it, and we have a young son who was also being affected by it. The parking situation is horrible, in order to park outside of your own apartment complex you have to park across a street.. now tell me does that make sense to anyone? Also management sucks... My lease is up on the 31st of this month, and I have been telling them since october 9th, that we are not resigning our lease. She refused to acknowlede me when I would tell her that, and now she is trying to say that because it is their slow time, we have to pay for our apartment through march.... why do we have to pay for their mistakes? DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT rent here it is totally not worth the pain and suffering.... more

Rosemounts Little Gem!
I love Simply Massage. They offer a wonderful variety of services, my 2 favorite are the 60 min massage with the 30 min scalp treatment!! They also have a monthly program where I can save money the more I get massages, without the pushy sales pitch. Great place, I would definitely recommend them to everyone!... more
