They hang up on you and lie about you to get what they want
If your a business thinking about hiring them for services to obtain your funds, be careful because you may not get your funds because they may get sued for bad business. They lie about what you say to get what you want. They don't notify customers of payments not processed, so then they can demand payment in full. In addition Amanda, was so rude when you talk to her on the phone. She hung up on my 4 times, and lied and said I was swearing. I asked them to play back the tape to see if I did, but they wouldn't, I was frustrated because she hung up on me 4 times when I tried to explain to her that I couldn't buy diapers and milk for my babies. Now think again before you go with this company.... more

Be aware when you call and speak with Amanda!
I called to make a payment, I had the money in my account. Amanda says, "you have to pay the whole balance in full of 1800, I can't accept any payments from you because your card didn't go through 4 times." My wife called in Dec a month before this date we called. They never said one word that none of our payments were not working, and nothing in writing as sent to us. So I was trying to speak with her kindly and let her accept my payment. She says to me,"I can't go in circles with you about this" She hung up the phone on my 4 times. I tried to explain our situation that we were just getting ahead and the reason we didn't pay is because we needed milk and diapers. She lied and told her manager that I swore at her! I never swore, I admit I was a little frustrated because her customer service was like talking with someone who didn't have a heart and just wanted all the money at once. I asked her manager Katie to play back the tape to see if I swore, but I never heard again.... more
