I stopped in there to pick up a part because my husband told me to go in because he had ordered a part and it would only take 24 hours to get in. One older gentleman was very helpful, but the middle aged one behind the counter was a little snappy and made comments such as, "he just ordered the part last night and I told him we would call him when it came in". So ladies, if you ever need to go pick up a part for your husbands, i recommend you call in advance or place the order yourself otherwise you may get snappy little unecessary comments in a rude little way. Either way, not all the pieces needed came in and I overheard my hubby on the phone with them again and I cancelled the order and just ordered off the internet. There is no way I will ever deal with this place again! Especially if I'm the one who has to deal with them!... more

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST!!!!!! I TAKE MY TWO YORKIES AND TWO SHITZAPOOS THERE TO BE GROOMED AND THEY GET THE FULL DEAL!! PLUS THE PRICE IS VERY COMPETITIVE WITH ANYWHERE ELSE, USUALLY EVEN LOWER. I HAVE YET TO FIND A PLACE THAT BRUSHES THEIR TEETH INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE GROOMING, PLUS YOU GET THE NAILS, EARS AND GLANDS ALL INCLUDED TOO! THE SHOP ITSELF IS VERY CLEAN AND THE GIRLS THERE ARE ALWAYS REALLY FREINDLY. WITH FOUR DOGS I HAVE ALWAYS CALLED AROUND AND CHECKED PRICES AND TRIED MANY PLACES TOO, THEY'VE WON ME OVER.
