You can contact the Health Department about what the laws are about specialty piercings... typically if you are under a certain age, you have to have parental signature and presence to get something like this or a belly ring. Try googling that and see what it says. I suppose you can always ask a shop that hosts this service, I am sure they will advise you and explain their costs and procedures both for the piercing and the jewelry and the medications post piercing.
