Do not go to Fortune bank for a loan
Beware of hidden fees and changing fees. Fortune Bank had quoted us a $500 bank fee to close our loan. 2 days before the loan committment was due to the realtor they changed their fee to $1600. In order to not risk losing the house we had an offer on we were forced to go ahead with the loan and pay them the $1600. Within 3 months we refinanced with another bank and had clear upfront fees that were much less than Fortune.... more

I have been using this vet for 5 years. Dr. Sherry is kind, caring and wonderful with my dogs and my foster dogs. She is very knowledgeable. I have not yet stumped her with any condition I've brought to her and trust me there are many unusual cases when you rescue. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.
