Terrible Service
I went to the shop today and even though I have never written an online review before, I had to do it today. The service was terrible. The assistant was rude. If this is the way customers are treated, I cannot believe the store is still in business. I would strongly discourage anyone from going to this shop. Selling weaves and wigs are big business and customers should be treated wiht respect. Dont bother going into this shop - English might not be their first language but respect and civility is universal. Terrible, Terrible service. I hope people who have experienced this take time to comment. I'm spreading the word and considering going back to having natural hair.... more

I hired Ball's to move a concert grand upright across town and was EXTREMELY satisfied. Two guys, Jack and Willie, showed up, were polite and efficient and the two very capably moved this piano without a hitch. I am very pleased.... more

Be careful
Staff treated my boyfriend for an STD that neither of us had. Telling him on the spot that he had chlamydia. By looking under a microscope you can not detect that STD. It has caused major problems. I was tested negative twice in 1 month. Be careful. Get a second opinion.... more
