If I understand you correctly. The advantages I see for you selling your home to anyone is that if you limit your contacts in any way, then you might miss out on an opportunity. Working with a buyers agent would seem not to hurt you, as you always have the option to accept or decline the offer.

BEWARE OF DOG GROOMER!
HORRIBLE BUSINESS! We took our dogs to Sweet Clips on 12/30/11 for grooming: washing, drying, trimming nails and hair where needed. We were told it would be $75 for both dogs. The little dog kept barking & got on Melissa's nerves. She was the one working that day. Our big dog has thick hair & our little dog has very short hair. I told Melissa she could leave the big dog a little damp so she could finish faster since the little dogs bark was bothering her. She said, "the dogs bark is going straight to my brain." Then she said I could take them home now. She had only washed them. She didn't trim their nails & hair. She didn't brush or DRY THEM! They were dripping wet. They kept shaking water off in the car on the way home. We took 4 towels to dry them. The towels were soaked. Then my wife used a blow dryer on them for over an hour! I was charged the full $75 for an incomplete job not even half done & my wife & I had to finish the job ourselves. WE'LL NEVER USE SWEET CLIPS AGAIN!... more

Shoot for The Stars Dance & Gymnastics
AWESOME CARING STAFF!!!!
The Dance side was once owned by someone else, who closed it in 2010. She is someone that the one stars refer to! The Gym side has now expanded to use the whole facility adding ballet, tap & karate for all ages. The staff is caring & experienced. I would reccomend this Youth Center to everyone! They must be awesome they having waiting lists for 70% of their classes!... more

I just got my AC and furnace replaced and they were amazing. Quick responses to all of my calls and questions before agreeing to have them do the work. All of the work was done in a day! Good price and I will be using them in the future for other work that I need to have accomplished around the house. If you are a first time HVAC replacement person these are the guys to go to. Knowledgeable and friendly. There is a reason they are rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau.... more
