Fresh Market Cafe
Mismanaged
This has to be the worst managed restaurant in the entire Fresh Market chain. The selection of entree's is pitiful. The food prepration is some of the most bland tasting I have ever experienced, and the manager is possibly the worst cook in the industry. His hamberger steak is the most unpatatable burned, tough, dried out, entree I have ever tasted. It resembled cooked boot leather, and you wonder why this outlet is losing business? I personally witnessed 5 people come into the restaurant in the 30 minutes I was there and they, after viewing the empty entree selections, turned and in disgust left the restaurant. No wonder the tables are empty every day. I asked for the TV to be set to Fox News but was told the manager preffered the Food Network. Flora is a very small town and we don't have many restaurants to choose from but I will dine at one of the few remaining from now on. You people fired a lady named Lou Ann who should have been promoted to manager. Good luck in the future.... more
