Tired Of UnConcerned Office Management At Cedar Cove
The Manager At Cedar Cove Is very inconsiderate. She Is Never in the office to address tenant issues. She runs off all the people that she hires. She doesn't know how to talk to people. She often mistreats her maintenance workers. Advantages Worst Apartments Ever!!
I have lived in the Advantages for almost 2 years now. For the last 3 weeks my ceiling has been leaking water and now part of my ceiling is hanging down. Management want call me and update me about what they are going to do about it. I called kirkland properties and ask to speak to Joey the supervisor over the Advantages but he want return my call. Please I beg you to avoid these apartments at all costs because managemet doesn,t know anything!!... more

Beware of The Advantages
I have lived in the Advantages on McWillie Circle since February 2010. I was drawn in by the cheap price for a 2 bedroom. I should have known cheap rent meant cheap apartments. I have had a leaking refrigerator since I moved in. I've reported it several times and nothing has been done. I have mold in the apartment which is attracting roaches. My landlord tried to blame a plumbing problem on my washing machine and refuses to get a plumber out to fix the problem. Therefore when I wash clothes, water leaks down into the apartments below me. I have informed them that there is nothing wrong with my washer and even paid to have it checked out to make sure. My kids can't even go outside to play. There have been shootings in the apartments below mine and nothing was done to the guilty tenants. If you want a cheap apartment with crappy management this is the place for you.... more

He gave me the ring around on a set deposit, and then after I had turned in my application and already pulled money out the bank for the first month's rent, he then tells me the current tenant isn't moving out...just gave me a complete ring around, and it was a waste of time trying to handle business with this man.... more
