The best thing for a cold is one to not get it, two to cut the lenght of time you have it and last to not get it again. A resent study showed that taking otc Ginseng cuts the chance of getting a cold by 30%, cuts the duratiion of a cold by 50%, and reduces the chance of getting it back by 75%. I used to be the one who got a cold every year and kept getting over and over for several months. Now I haven't been sick in 5 years!

In America, it is not degrading. However in the Middle East, some belly dancers used to offer more than belly dancing and that stereotype has stuck. There is also the issue of modesty and that women should be covered and not dancing in front of men other than their husbands.

There are still a lot of belly dancers in the Middle East who ONLY belly dance as there are here in America.
