I had a cedar deck put on the back of my home here in Washington. It is 3 feet off the ground and is 14' x 14'. It cost me in labor $1,000.00 and in supplies it was $3,553.11 - it was also 2 years ago. Cedar is expensive but last longer. Get a good stain on it and there should be no problems.
