About Saint Xavier

Saint Xavier is part of the Big Horn County in southeastern Montana, and is known for its fields of malting barley, alfalfa, and sugar beets which get their irrigation from the Bighorn River. Saint Xavier is on the Crow Indian Reservation, and parts of the reservation do not allow non tribe members to enter so having a permit is essential. From March to late October the weather is perfect for outdoor activities and the perfect time to visit Saint Xavier. There is a school that was established in 1887 and is still in use today with the name of Pretty Eagle School. A great resort to visit while there is Big Horn River Resort. If hunger is getting the best of you, try the Pretty Eagle Food Service. Saint Xavier is not only beautiful, but had famous residence such as Tuff Harris who is the safety for the Miami Dolphins football team.
