They don't mail their shirts!
If you want part of your shipment to get to you three weeks after (pretty much) begging for it and then, get the wrong t-shirt than ordered. Go ahead! Three guys own this shirt/print shop, every single one I talked to blamed the other, none of them wanted to take the responsibility. After numerous emails and phone calls to this store I had to call Pay-pal, who put a hold on my order (because I talked in circles with all of them) that seemed to get their attention and one of them replied back to my email. But that's when I received (only) one shirt of the two I ordered (and it was the wrong one!). I called to let them know that they sent me the wrong shirt; they had to search for my email to find out which second t-shirt I ordered, once they found out, the second t-shirt was a design they no longer make. I guess it was easier to not send it that letting me know! It's been ten days since that last phone call and I still haven't received the shirts I ordered. Looks like Pay-pal has r... more

Administrative Nightmare
In the state of NC, unlicensed programs are limited to 4 hours of continuous care. This school is not licensed but the administration knowingly chose to ILLEGALLY offer an after-care program as well as an extended Pre-K/Kindergarten class, both of which exceeded that 4 hour limit. Parents were not informed of any of this until the school was 'caught' by the state and forced to eliminate the after-care and cut the Kindergarten class back to 4 hours. Obviously, this has disrupted many families - parents have had to scramble to find alternate care and make other arrangements. Apologies have been scant and no compensation has been offered. I would not recommend this school.... more
