Every time I have had any question concern or request their response has been as fast as a giant company can be. Sometimes I have to go through the script readers for a real problem but really, they get the job done. They always will quote you a lower price than you actually want, but that’s capitalism for you. never had many problems
I started out with Dish in 2006 with a 625, moved from Ohio to California using Dish Mover in 2008 and then upgraded to a free Vip 722 DVR in 2009 . Honestly I have never had many problems with Dish Network and only had to call Customer Service five times in three years.... more
