Hiester Preowned Clearance Center
Terrible customer service, scam artists!!!
Terrible experience here at John hiester clearance lot. If you don't have spot on credit they don't want anything to do with you, push you away, especially when they see "fresh meat" drive onto the lot!!! Don't go here!!! Waste of time. Go see wholesale motors instead, you will have a great experience unlike at hiester. Wish I could give 0 stars!!!... more

Horrible shellac manicure - just in time for Christmas :(
Had a shellac manicure. During the manicure, one of the other employees came over (he was working on a woman with a complaint and fixing her nails) and exchanged top coat bottles with the employee doing my manicure. My nails look horrendous! Half look very dull and the others have a black (color should be red) tint to them. I have used this salon for both manicures and pedicures before, but now they have totally lost my business! And, ruined my Christmas! I called and left word for the manager to call me - it is early evening and he never bothered to call me. Very poor customer service.... more

DIshonest, Overcharging
I took a power washer in for repair this past September because it would not crank (Carb gummed up). They charged me $65 just to drop it off, and then charged me in excess of $62 when I picked it up (almost $140), stating that they had cleaned it and replaced some parts (why would a washer this new need new parts already?). I cranked the machine when I got it home and it ran for about 5 minutes and I shut it down. The second time I cranked it in early December it was very hard to crank, but when it did crank, it ran long enough for me to wash 3 tires and then it simply died and refused to start again. I took the machine back and demanded that he fix it properly, with instructions that he was to work under his warranty and I was not to be charged. When I arrived to pick it up, he said I owed him ANOTHER $88 and that I had water in the carb! He refused all methods of payment except cash, despite the fact that he has Telecheck, Mastercard and Visa signs on the door. Avoid at all costs!... more
