Despite all the scamming companies that push PM (preventative maintance) contracts......residential systems really do not demand the need for anyone other than the homeowner for maintenance purposes.
All that REALLY needs to be done is regular filter changes (monthly or quaterly depending on air contaminants), cleaning of condenser (outdoor) coil with POWER OFF once a year, cleaning of drain and treatment, and for those comfortable with the idea...tightening of the electrical connections ONCE a yr WITH THE POWER OFF.
Despite popular myths....You do not need to add refrigerant every year.....Your system should be totally sealed with no leaks....if you are having to add charge you need to repair the leak(s). www.facebook.com cardinalairservices.com hvacmarket.com

Bruce Arthur Godfrey, Jr, owner of Moneyman ATM Service, Inc. is now located on 230 Patrick Rd in Gastonia (he jumps from location to location due to being evicted). He is unable to pay the rent for his business, cannot pay his employees, cannot pay his debts, and has never listed his business with Gaston County for the past 5 years (class 2 misdemeanor, 60 days in jail). He cannot pay the taxes on his boat or vehicles - they are about to be seized because the tags are blocked for non-payment of taxes. It won't be long before he will and Regina will be hopping on over to another business rental because they get kicked out of 230 Patrick Road. For God's Sake, do not get involved with this creep - you'll get ripped off. There are other places you can do business with reputable people.... more
