Ocean Isle Beach is a town located in Brunswick County, North Carolina. The population was 426 as of the 2000 census. Ocean Isle Beach is part of the Wilmington Metropolitan Statistical Area. The town is located at the southern end of North Carolina's Atlantic coastline. With its relatively small population, Ocean Isle Beach is know to be a place where people own second homes. The town is known as the "Gem of the Brunswick Islands." Popular attractions include the Ingram Planetarium, and the Museum of Coastal Carolina. One of the best places to visit when you are in Ocean Isle beach is, of course, the beach, which was named as one of America's Best Restored Beaches 2008, after the devastation of Hurriane Hugo.

It all depends on how the drying process was done as to whether or not conditions are conducive to mold growth. If the studs and such were dried completely, there is a good chance that you dont have elevated mold in your damaged area. If there was any moisture left in the walls, studs, etc. you could have mold. It is a good idea to have a mold testing company come in and do some air samples to see what is in the air...
