Great Service
I was looking for a very rare car, Nissan GTR, and was able to find two used ones on the internet in the state of NC. I began dealing with a local dealer and was unimpressed with the lack of enthusiasm. I called Mercedes Benz of South Charlotte and was connected with Nance Smithwick from sales. Nance began to give me immediate attention and was incredibly accomidating over the phone, giving her best to put the deal together for me. After spending a night sleeping on it I decided to drop the local dealer and make the two and a half hour trip to Charlotte to purchase the car from Nance because of her outstanding service. Once I arrived at the dealer I was met by Nance and introduced to Joe Velez the finance manger. Joe continued the outstanding service and after the deal was signed took me to the lunch room and shared his lunch with me.
