As crooked as the day is long
I worked for Chad Peda for a short time. I even picked up materials as we ran out on necessary items the job-site. Chad never paid me for the materials that were used AND my paychecks bounced. Never got a penny for anything that I bought or for the hours worked.... more

can't sell my house
Chad has subcontractors do work for him, then doesn't pay the contractor, therefore I had to pay the subcontractor when I had already paid Peda Construction to reroof my house just so the I could get the lean off of my house so that I could sell it. The job ended up costing my double. Would never do business with him again.... more

i used to do roofs for chad peda a few years ago. He told us to start a job and didnt have any credit left for material any longer. rain was coming and the roof was open. House got water damage so he took my insurance for $10,000 and didnt pay me for three jobs done before the last. He owes me a total of $15,000 . watch out for peda constructon... more
