Payflex Systems USA Inc
Payflex is incompetent and doesn't seem to care~
Repeatedly, Payflex has made mistakes forwarding correct information regarding my health care policy to United Healthcare while I am on leave. Their regular incompetence has led them to direct my health care carrier to terminate my health policy on two occasions in the past 2 1/2 years. Getting the policy reinstated is always very time consuming on my part and Payflex refuses to accept any responsibility or make corrections to keep the same thing from happening in the future but directs all the blame on the health care insurance company. I have found Payflex to be overall incompetent in their duties that should be considered very seriously and done with scrutiny.... more

Horrible
The manangement at Hoffman realities is HORRIBLE. The WORST living expierence ive had in a long time...Me & my brother have stayed at two different properties & was NOT pleased the whole time. It may be quiet but maintance doesnt come fix things for weeks yu have to keep calling & the apt. manager acts like he doesnt know & the assistant Kathy is just as horrible. All they want is the monthly rent! They come in unannounced & dont apologize for any type of rudeness & disrespect. I sear I would recommend anyone moving into these locations only if you are going to school or work all day & dont really be at home. The onsite managers are the worst they come to yout home & place notices over & over for no agood resoning! I thought I was going to be treated fairly but the only time that happend was when I signed my lease with Kathy! Larry Hoffman needs to be put to shame for the services he provieds as being the owner of 3 propertries it is straight horrible!!!!! DO NOT MOVE INTO NO HOFFMAN!!... more

In short--dishonest and poor attention to detail. From what I've gathered none of their properties have phone lines, forcing tenants to use Cox services or go without. They may falsely claim that one can be added to your apartment. I rent at the Slip In in Midtown. There's a lot of surface polish but little in the way of value for the price I pay. I can't run my computer and the heat at the same time without blowing a fuse. The bathrooms don't have a cabinet, so you either leave toiletries on the counter top or stash them below the sink. Whoever picked the kitchen layout thought one drawer would be sufficient. The front AC/Heating unit has now way to circulate air into the walled-off bedroom. These particular apartments share hot water; I was told before signing a lease that they did not.... more
