although based in NY if you brought me the car 2003 mercedes ml350 for a remote start would be $160.00 installed plus tax(you would need to sacrifice one ignition key for proper installation)

Hearthstone Homes Inc New Home Communities
Basement leaks, Builders ignore warranty.
Do not buy a house from Hearthstone. Warranty says it covers basement leaks. We did not finish our basement and one day pulled back our white insulation hanging against our basement walls and it was covered with water and mold. We have only lived here a year. Heathstone's mold guy came out and said it a humidity issue, not their fault and that the mold was not dangerous. We called our own mold guy certified in basement leakage, and he said definitely leak, all around, and that without samples and testing (Which their guy did not do) there is no way to tell what kind of mold it is. They are trying to say they do not have to clean it up or fix it, because there is not way to prove it a leak until spring,when they can flood the area. . Also take a good hard look at the roofs. They have ridges all over them in the Stonecrest neighborhood. When we complained, they redid it and it looked the same..they agreed it looks the same, but would not fix it. ardowell@cbcsd.org for picts... more

Answering Questions
Dr. Thomassen has been working with me and my horse for the past year. Our first meeting was when my horse had an eye injury. He explained in terms that were very understandable and helped me to make the best decision for the situation. Dr. Thomassen always makes it clear what he is doing and has never made me feel incompetent. He always answers my questions and makes sure that me and my family fully understand what is happening and what our options are. He has been very patient with my young children and willing to explain and talk to them.
