Elmwood Park is a part of the Bergen County region of New Jersey known for its past Indian territory and agriculture. Major attractions include Mosquito Jungle and Cherry Hill Park. Each year in the month of July there is the Elmwood Park Fourth of July Freedom Festival. Among the biggest companies in Elmwood Park are Seaward Corporation and Kreisler Industrial Corporation. The biggest schools here are Elmwood Park Memorial High School and Memorial Middle School. One of the best places to visit when you are in Elmwood Park is Borough Park. The Elmwood Park community was known as Dundee Lake before 1916.
