About Spring Lake

Spring Lake, nicknamed the Jewel of the Jersey Shore, is a city located in Monmouth County, New Jersey. There are only two public schools that serve the area, the H.W. Mountz School and Manasquan High School. The city's primary industry is tourism with over two miles of beaches along the Atlantic Ocean. Spring Lake is home to many annual events including the Irish Festival and the Candle Light Christmas Inn Tour. The city is also home to the Hand and Stone Message Spa and the Spring Lake Theater Company. There are many restaurants, hotels, and bed & breakfasts in the area, too. Famous people with ties to Spring Lake include author Mary Higgens Clark, actor Jack Nicholson and former MLB player Craig Biggio.

There is no "age requirement". If you're getting a mortgage, you'll need a 2 year minimum credit & job history. You've got to have the finances to have repairs done once you own the home. There are always things that wear out or break down or just need an upgrade.You can't just pick up the phone & call the landlord once you own the home.

The most popular beaches are very close to Spring Lake. one town over Belmar Beach it has a nice boardwalk, arcades, plenty of placees to eat on the boardwalk or in town about 5 blocks up. The next wonderful beach you can enjoy is Bradley Beach, its small geared toward family and they have a gazebo and concerts. Hope this helps!
