The inside of a properly used toaster should not require cleaning beyond frequent emptying of the crumb tray. However if the toaster was not used properly, which is to say something was inserted beyond dry bread based products and the inside is fouled then it's time to research replacement options. The first step is becoming aware of your body, mind connection. In doing so, then you can do something more proactive and make positive changes.
Until then, you will continue to assume yourself helpless & hopeless and continue to "act" according to that belief.
