Logandale, named for Robert Logan, a settler, is located in Clark County, Nevada, in the Las Vegas metro area. A major attraction within minutes of Logandale is the Lost City Museum of Archaeology, which features exhibits that focus on ancestral Pueblo settlement and Native American history. Each year, the Pomegranate Festival (Nov.) and the Logandale Bluegrass Festival (Oct.) are held here. Some of the businesses in Logandale are Tiffanys Pies & Subs and Greenacres Lawn Care. The biggest school here is the College of Southern Nevada Moapa Valley Center. One of the best places to visit when you are in Logandale is Lake Mead National Recreation Area, with year-round recreational opportunities such as boating, camping, fishing, scuba diving, whitewater rafting and nature walks.
