A reputable limo co has child seats and booster seats , and is the responsibility of the limo co , as for these are the tools of our trade at least when I was driving my limo in NYC for 20 yrs.

I think the warmest coats are cashmere coats.
Cashmere wool is very fine in texture and it is also strong, light and soft, emphasis on soft. When made into any garment it is extremely warm to wear without being bulky.
And if cost is an issue, go vintage!!
Stop by your local vintage shop or a good thrift shop to hunt for a fab cashmere coat. Be sure to check it out all over, inside and out. Then take it to the cleaners for a good cleaning and check the length, possible hemming.
