Binghamton, whose nicknames include "The Parlor City" and "The Carousel Capital of the World" and whose motto is "Restoring the Pride", is a city located in Broome County, New York. Among the city's largest companies are IBM, Frito Lay, Rockwell Collins, L-3 Communications, and Universal Instruments. Students living here attend the Binghamton Public School District. The city is also home to Binghamton University, Broome Community College, Upstate Medical University, Davis College, Empire College, the Elmira Business Institute and Ridley Lowell. Major attractions in Binghamton include the Cutler Botanical Garden, the Binghamton Zoo at Ross Park, NYSEG Stadium, and the Phelps Mansion Museum.
