Nightmare
I rented from Coolidge West Side in Binghamton, and they gave criminals keys to my apartment for the entire time I lived there. So, my apartment was entered by these criminals and the results were theft and vandalism of clothing, stolen books and compact discs totals more than 400 titles est. cost $4000. Police did not take a report and told me I had to do a better job locking my doors. I call the police and the landlord about a tenant that bragged to me, a neighbor minding his own business, that he could get any kind of drug. They never corrected that problem.... more

Coolidge West Side LLC
Worst landlords ever
2 weeks delay for simple repairs. Takes no action when told about blatant drug dealing on the property. Refuses to turn on heat until well after the law requires. Ridiculous penalty clauses added to lease after signing (This is illegal, and not enforceable, but they know that most Binghamton residents don't know any better.) I have had 8 landlords in Binghamton, and they were by far the worst.... more
