I love the detail that Sal the owner puts into his home cooked meals.The Antipasto; has a variety of things Fratelli's puts into their antipasto and then they top it off with the handcrafted pinwheels, a beautiful presentation, a large portion and delicious as well.One afternoon I was having lunch with a girlfriend when I received a phone call that at my house we needed potatoes for dinner. Since my elderly mother is on a special Diet her food has to be prepared differently this is very time consuming and you have to plan ahead . The waitress Renee heard the conversation I had with my girlfriend when I explained I would have to cut our meal short, go buy potatoes and head home to prepare them for my mom. Within minutes Renee appeared with 4 large peeled and cut up potatoes soaking and pre pared exactly as I had told my friend.Now I could stay and enjoy my lunch. This caring attitude combined with Great food is what makes Fratelli"s a cut above the rest... more

Did not follow directions for my special day. Disappointed
I ordered my wedding flowers from Fran's (as per a friend's suggestion - because she knew the owner from her church). The first day I went in the store, the two ladies were a little on the rude side to me, but I did not say anything. My husband and I were already thrown off by the fact that it smelled like animal in the store and they had two fat cats right up near the counter. Both of us are allergic. We kept this to ourselves and joked about how great of a life a cat has. The lady behind the counter was a bit snotty. I ordered my flowers (SPECIFICALLY TO HAVE THE COLORS LIGHT AND DARK BLUE - to match my bridesmaids dresses). We paid her half and made a deal with the lady to pay the rest one week before the wedding. TWO weeks before the wedding, the lady called me and asked for my HUSBANDS credit card # to pay the remainder of the bill. THIS PLACE IS DISCUSTING
I wouldn't even give it 1 star! I have been here several times and happy with the service, I have even recommended it to family and friends the last few months but tonight was THE WORST service and food ever. Burnt toasted cheese for my daughter, burnt sausage, undercooked noodles and this was after a 45 min. wait. Then 15 minutes later my 2nd dinner comes over. Yea that's right I said 2nd dinner, the one I ordered was given to another customer who had been in the place about 15 min. Rude Managers excuse "Its Friday and its busy". NO this place is the dumps. Don't bother wasting your time or money here. I give back to the hometown ma and pa store every chance I get but this place might as well close its doors if this is the type of service they dish out. So for 3 drinks 1 stuffed shell dinner w/ sausage and a kids toasted cheese and fries cost $23.11!!! Are u kidding me?? next time I think of going to this dump I will go get a cheep box of mac & cheese from the cupboard!... more
