About Celoron

Celoron is a small village in the Jamestown-Fredonia-Dunkirk metro area located in the Southern Tier region of Western New York. Celoron is located on the southeastern shore of Chautauqua Lake and is known for its beautiful lakefront views and friendly residents. Major attractions include the Lucille Ball Memorial Park and Chautauqua Lake. Each summer, Celoron hosts its Wild Rib Cookoff and Music Festival. Amongst the biggest companies in Celoron are Holiday Harbor and Mariner's Pier. The biggest schools here are Jamestown High School and Jamestown Community College. One of the best places to visit when you are in Celoron is Chautauqua Lake. Celeron is also the childhood home of world famous comedienne, Lucille Ball.
