Never Go Back

After being a client to this place since 2001, I will never step foot or recommend this place to anyone. Loved the former owner, who moved to Williamsville area, to stay close to home I cont'd with the new owner who is still there. I was a dedicated customer. Every 2 wks I was there. I rec'd a gift certificate for my birthday in Feb'11. Told Tammy about it & wasnt not goin to use it cuz I still had money left on one that I had rec'd for Christmas'10. She said ok.That week while doing laundry I had left the certificates in my pocket & bam they were destroyed. Told her about this & she said she knew I had $5 left on the Christmas one but did not remember the birthday one. I have her look in her rec't book & that $25 one was the only one bought since Christmas. She said come back in 6months & she would see if anyone turned it in. Of course not it was washed up. Went back 6 mos later & WOW she has one that was turned in, used. She was rude about it & told me SOL. Was furious & walked out... more

Mountain Must Batting

Wrote to and sent a sample of the Mountain Mist batting I had bought at Jo-Ann Fabric, Ludlow MA. in Novenber 2011. Very poor quality, 0 stars. Will email a copy of the letter, if interested. Spending 6 months putting a quilt together, I expected a high quality batting. Had used Mountain Mist once before and was pleased. Also enclosed a sample of the good quality batting so the difference could be seen.... more
