Lazy, does bare minimum
We were referred to Bonnie via a friend, which turned out to be the worst referral ever! We met with Bonnie more than another of our vendors, explained in detail each time what we wanted and seemed to be on the same page. What we got the day of the wedding was anything but! My bridesmaids were supposed to have 2 purple callas with purple poms/mums and some greenery (garden looking) wrapped in orange ribbon (I even gave her color swatches) - she quoted those at $30, what we got was 2 callas with some ugly white flowered greenery wrapped in purple and ugly GOLD ribbon!! Gold was never mentioned in our plans! Maid of honors were supposed to have 3 orange callas with the same purple poms/mums and greenery as the girls, $50 - they got 3 orange callas and various WHITE poms with the same ugly white flowered greenery-- Every florist should know the bride should be the only one with white flowers - her excuse "I thought they looked pretty" basically she does what she wants - steer clear!... more

Lack of consistancy
Mac's has lost a lot of business of late because they are under the misconception that everything is always perfect and if the customer orders it (even if it is spoiled) there are no substitutes or refunds, Lots of inconsistency. What is great today maybe unedible next week and no refund or substitutes. This has happened 2 times to us and we will not return. Wait staff is generally great but their hands are tied and all they can do is apologize for their money hungry boss. It's a shame because it is a great location with little competition. Maybe that's the problem?... more
