If you have not yet reached your goal weight and you have stopped losing weight with your current diet and exercise program I always suggest looking at your exercise program first. The human body is an amazing thing and can adapt to the demands you make of it rapidly. This is especially true if you have not changed your exercise routine recently. Try looking at the following and see where you can make some changes.
-Activity
-Duration
-Intensity level
-Resistance
-Muscle groups being work
-Equipment being used

A change dose not necessarily have to be a longer work out, more resistance, or higher intensity. Sometimes the change needed may actually be to cut back.

Of course you can take a look at your diet but remember as you are working out and changing your routine cutting more calories from your diet is rarely the correct course of action. In fact you may need to eat more!

In the USA, there is an old saying. If an architect designs a building it is beautiful, but you do not want to go in, it might fall on you. On the other hand, if an engineer designs the building, it will not fall, but it is so ugly, you may want to tear it down.

One thing I might add is that architects deal with life safety issues in addition to beauty. Which means where the emergency lights are determined by them.
