Meeting customer needs
The store employees are always friendly and I like that they try to help families keep their grocery budget down with programs like the 5 for 20 in the meat department and weekly specials on staples like pasta and deli products. The bakery is good and they also keep a variety of products for the older customers who are less likely to be able to go to a number of different kinds of stores to get their groceries. They also listen to the customers to make sure they stock products the customers need. It is MUCH quicker to shop at Jubilee than one of the giant box stores, where there is no one available to help shoppers locate items. The selection of dollar products is consistently helpful for people who need smaller portions. They carry many special dietary needs like sugar free or low fat or fat free products as well as seasonal needs like driveway salt or summer picnic supplies and sun screen products. I find it a very pleasant place to shop.... more

Lantz Hobby Shop
Poor Customer Relations!
I bought my grandson a Lionel train set in the shop at Horseheads in the summer. It was kept, sealed in the cardboard outer box as a Christmas present. My grandson was begging for a Polar Express train at Christmas time, so I went to the shop for an exchange. The staff at the shop was rude and refused to let me talk to the owner. I was told he was "too busy with his online business to talk to me. My grandson was disappointed with the train he received, thanks to Lantz's Hobby Shop.... more
