Lake Peekskill is a hamlet in the town of Putnam Valley, in the Putnam County area of New York. It is known for the lake that it is named after. Major attractions include Clarence Fahnestock State Park and Aj's Bar & Grill. Among the biggest companies in Lake Peekskill are Putnam Valley Business Association, and Jim Reed's Truck Sales Inc. The biggest schools here are Sunset Nursery School and St Patrick's School. One of the best places to visit when you are in Lake Peekskill is the Buchanan Village day camp.
