The folks at this store don't see it as their role to help customers. My husband - inspired by the scarves, (he'd asked me for a list of scarves and colors that might work for me) - accidentally purchased scarves that were identical save for the borders. Sometimes with the scarves a change in color changes everything. Not this time. Nobody pointed this out to him - that he was about to spend almost $800 on identical scarves. When I returned with him - they told me nobody had forced him to take the scarves. The lack of any sense of engagement in the process was a disgrace to Hermes. This store is apparently independent - good thing for Hermes! I give 2 stars for at least taking the duplicates back. Advice: got to the Hermes in the city. Better service. People who care about the pieces they sell.....AH... more
