Do Not Get Me Started...
I would not recommend this place because of the simple fact that Lisa, changed my appointments to her convenience and when I showed up at the time and day she provided she told me that my appointment was an hour earlier, the original appointment I have made but she changed over the phone when I called to confirmed my appointment. At another instance, she gave me an appointment and when i showed up 10 minutes earlier, Lisa gave Carmen, the woman who does or "used" to do my pedicure and manicure, another client and I was told that I need to wait for 45 minutes. Needless to say that that happened on December 31 and was at Lisa's place twice and did not have my pedicure, which was paid in advanced. On another occasion, after 1hr of wait I was told that I could not have my manicure and pedicure because Carmen had another appointment. I find Lisa totally unprofessional because that is not way of conducting business. I believe she is arrogant and a prejudice person.... more
