Can't go wrong here
First used this company when they were hired by my insurance company for a tree through our roof. We've usede them since for a new bathroom, new roof, new siding, and to put in a new furnace and hot water heater. Shawn suggested a propane furnace which has cut our heat bills in half and got us a big chunk back taxes. I can't reccommed these guys highly enough. The wrok is top rate, the price is fair, and there's no mess when they leave. We'll never use anyone else as long as J&S is around.... more

Unfortunate downside
EO, a talented architecht, is non responsive to communicate once engaged. *We learned of poor business habits are commonly known, only after engaging EO. * EO NEVER answers his telephone. * EO does not return voice mail messages. *Deadlines and calls ignored contractors clients and even building inspectors. *Should one finally connect with EO it will be only if one shows up at his office unexpectedly. *Showing up unexpectedly EO might meet with you, listen to your needs, then offer a date and time when you will receive your plans, adjustments etc. It will not happen. You will be showing up several times, for the appnt & still not be given what you've been promised., repeatedly avoiding appointments. We've rmet other clients at the door of EO, all of whom also had been told, after attempts at communication and frustration to meet at a given time and pick up plans. Like us, their appointment & deadlines again are ignored. Talent is only as the experience... more
