(Please note: I gave them one star because it is a required field. Otherwise, I would not have given Madden's a rating at all) To make an extremely long story short... the owner, Justin, has VERY poor demeanor and lacks any sort of professionalism. I never received a single call from him, he never called me back after he promised to follow up, and my car sat on his lot, untouched, for weeks on end! One example of this horrendous service was when I went to talk to him on 12/1/11 at 3:43 pm (well within their business hours) to find that the office was closed. As I was about to get in my car to leave, Justin pulls another vehicle out of the garage... he looked at me and hurried back into the garage and slammed the door in my face without a word! The following day, I picked up the key to my car (after being ignored for 20 minutes) and had it taken elsewhere. I could no longer be without my car and refuse to be treated in such an unprofessional manner. PLEASE! Consider going elsewhere... more
