Disreputable business
Bug's Towing towed my truck that was parked in a business parking lot where I had conducted business. I had a couple of errands to run with my wife so I left my truck parked there as I was returning back to the center to eat dinner. When I returned, my truck had been towed by Bugs. Another customer told me that Bug's had just left with my truck about 10 minutes before I came back. When I called Bug's, he said he saw me on camera abandon my vehicle and came and towed it. How does 2 hours of parking constitute an abondoned vehicle and by what authority does he have to tow a vehicle in that short of period of time. It cost me $90.00 to get my truck back. This towing business is shady and I would not recommend doing business with them at all... more

Drain Flo Plumbing Company
Find someone else
Do NOT use Drain-Flo Plumbing unless you have no other option. Even then, I would seek another option. We hired Drain-Flo to work on a major job at our home this spring. Bill and his crew were unprofessional, failing to show up when he said they'd show up, and cut corners. He even left the job incomplete and never returned repeated messages asking when he'd return. When he finally did answer his phone, Bill had the gall to scold me for "blowing up his phone" and practically dared me to sue him. I would whole-heartedly recommend using any other plumber you see in the phone book before I would go out on a limb and vouch for Bill Bunt and his Drain-Flo Plumbing. DG, Northeast Ohio... more

Bait and Switch
I was quoted a rate to have a vehicle towed and was rather specific about where the vehicle was located. The driver got lost and went out of the way and ended up charging me $80 more than he originally quoted! It was bad enough being stranded for hours and having major mechanical expense. This just added insult to injury! I would have given only one star, but he WAS willing to drive out of the local area, so that deserves a star.... more
