First and last time
Nice home on Lake Ann. However, your not dealing with the home, just the unprofessional owner. Jim Sustar talks to you about his property and forgets details of those conversations. He interrupted our family dinner on the 2nd night of our stay when he tried to go back on a pet arrangement. He has no contract to sign that locks in a price because he worries constantly about utilities. We had to corner him for a rate after many attempts. He provided a good rate - $400 for 6 nights, but then rushed us out on the last day as he was trying to get in and clean up due to approaching bad weather. To help we swept his floors, washed down his bathrooms and cleaned his kitchen. All to arrive home receive a voicemail about our dog crapping on his 3rd floor - where the dog never went. Very unprofessional businessman.... more

Best Price in surrounding area. Greg the transmission builder does a great job. BUT DONT BE SURPRISED IF ALL YOUR PARTS ARE NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED, OR SOME PARTS ARE MISSING AND OR DAMAGED. THE PROBLEM SEEMS TO BE THE MANAGEMENT IS LAX AND DOSENT OVERSEE THE REPAIRS. SLAP IY TOGETHER AND HOPE THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT NOTICE! My cost to repair the mistakes will be over $1000.00 ! If you do go there be sure to have them lift your car before it is worked on, and look it over. If your not sure what to look for take someone that does.... more
