All I can say is RUN!! This was by far the worse experience in my life as far as a spa goes! Carla has got to be one of the rudest and most incompetent business owner I have EVER met. Really don't know how the spa is still in existence?? Not only did she argue with her employee about redeeming a SpaFinder card but hung the phone up on my sister who also tried to just simply read the rules on the back of the card ! The ARC facial treatment should not even be called a facial?? My face not only did NOT glow afterwards but felt dirty! I would NEVER return even if the treatments were free... more

Terrible. I made an appointment and after 30 minutes they still never acknowledged me sitting there waiting. I had been there a few times prior and the lady in the first booth is just rude!! I think she thinks people cannot hear her snotty comments about patrons... but they do - duh!... more
