I didn't know people could be that rude
I used to go to stonewall because (as with others) there is no other range near my house. After this last experience however, I would rather drive all the way out to A&A range in Garrettsville at this point. The entire time it seemed as though I was a burden to the staff. The staff were very unwelcoming, didn't seem to know anything about firearms, and simply wanted to get me on the range and back out the door as soon as possible. The entire experience seemed like a mill for novice shooters that dont know any better. If this is the only range you have ever been to, please do not think they are all like this. Please do not believe these individuals are a reflection of the entire gun community. These people are a sham, a fraud, and generally dangerous cop-wannabes. This is not how a business should be ran. I am certain that this range only stays open because they offer something people need, and they will tolerate the rudenss in order to shoot.... more

I thought I was playing Modern Warefare 3
Well to start off my first experience at stonewall, we were greeted by a guy who seems to think he is part of SEAL Team Six. He was wearing a drop leg holster, and clearly does not know what they are for as he had no other items on his belt. I think i had a 5 o'clock shadow by the time the staff noticed i was there and wanted to rent a lane. I was coerced into purchasing range ammo (apparently winchester White Box is not good enough). the SEAL Team Six operator was hitting on my wife as i was standing right there. The female clerk was the only one with a shred of courtesy. The rest can go to hell. Needless to say, i will not be returning!!... more

I felt raped
I am a female shooter and have loved the shooting sports for years. I went to stonewall "shooting range" for the first time about a month ago and have never felt so violated. The staff were constantly staring at me and I eventually overheard them making sexual comments about me. My husband and I decided to leave. I would not recommend this place to anyone. All the staff looked like hell's angels wannabes.... more

Stonewall is unprofessional and dangerous
I would have put 0 stars but the drop-down box wouldn't allow me. Anyway, had a rental .357 magnum jam and clerk removed it from the range and muzzled everyone in the range with a loaded weapon. Staff were highly unprofessional and rude. Everything in the store was overpriced. Was forced to purchase range ammo after my winchester ammunition was deemed unfit by staff. Staff talk down to you, think they are cops. Staff were making lude comments about a female using the range. I will never return to this place and would NOT recommend taking children.... more
