BAD EXPERIENCE
I bought a honda odyssey van recently, was assured by juan that it was in great shape. when it arrived the transmission began acting up and completely failed soon thereafter. Autos direct offered no help at all, cost thousands to fix. BUYER BEWARE, THEY WILL STICK YOU WITH A DEFECTIVE VEHICLE. When I began posting negative comments they posted that they would make good on it but they never did. They are very deceiptful. STAY AWAY !!!... more

A Great Experience!
We recently purchased a car with Autos Direct Online. It is beautiful 2009 Lexus RX350. We came across autosdirectonline.com and found what looked to be the perfect car at a great price. It was New Years Day and I emailed Jeff Payne who was listed as the contact to ask a few questions and to see if the car was still available. To my surprise he responded minutes later even on a holiday. He answered our questions and set up a time to come up and see the car and take it for a test drive. The car was exactly as the pictures online had indicated and we bought it that day! The paperwork was also an ease and we were in and out and driving our new car home in less than a couple hours. Jeff and the rest of the friendly staff at Autos Direct Online made the purchase of our new car a great experience.
