I work as a Hab Aide at Luther Home of Mercy. I am truely blessed to have a wonderful and fullfilling job. Everytime I interact with the residents I get far more than I could possibly give. I love thinking of creative ways to enrich our residents lives through the simplest of things. Luther Home has wonderful residents and staff. There are many long term staff members. That is great for our residents. In my cottage we have elderly residents who sometimes have outlived their families from recieving such good care. Staff becaome a part of their family as they become part of ours. I have been at Luther Home for a total of almost 4 years. I can honestly say I rarely had a trying day at Luther Home.... more

A parent's hope
As a parent, we see our daughter's care as what we could offer. Her life has been enriched by her 6 years at Luther Home. The staff is caring. The buildings are spotless, warm in winter and cool in the summer. The grounds are "park like". Everyone is friendly and always willing to help with special requests. We can rest assured that our daughter will always be taken care of and loved after we are gone. What more could a parent want for their child?... more

We have been going to Butch and Denny's for at least 10 years now on our Walleye outings to Lake Erie. These are some of the nicest people you could ever meet. They also clean fish for reasonable rates. Super service... more
