Horrible Business Practice/Customer Service
I dropped off a Marahlago bracelet (valued at $540), purchased at their store to have the clasp changed as it kept falling off. After finding out the company who made it would not fix it, I went to pick it up. "I'm sorry, we can't find it, we will take your name and number and call you when we do" was the response. I was visibly upset and the manager was called who claimed I had already picked it up. I would remember if I had picked it up or not. I had not! They searched the store and asked me to leave. I insisted on knowing what would happen if they did not find it. Manager and Owner both said they would do nothing to help me as I had already picked it up. I produced a receipt I had from dropping it off and was told that 'wasn't a real receipt' even though they issued it to me. After moving some furniture, they found my bracelet behind a cabinet. Horrible treatment, horrible business practice. Please do not patronize this business. They do not care about their customers!... more
